Steps for Assigning a Demo Tutor

  • Once you select a tutor for the demo class, fill out the demo form for that tutor.
  • Decide on a time that works for both the tutor and the parent for the demo class.
  • On the day of the demo, coordinate with both the tutor and the parent to ensure the tutor can easily find the student's location.
  • The demo class will last for 1 hour. After the class, gather feedback from both the tutor and the parent to see if they are satisfied with the session.
  • If both the parent and tutor agree to move forward, fill out the demo confirmation form and discuss when they would like to start regular classes.
  • If the parents are not satisfied with the demo, arrange for another tutor to be placed with them.
