Do’s And Don'ts

Here are some simple do's and don'ts to help the operations manager at EuroTutor make sure everything runs smoothly and everyone is happy. 

Do’s:

  1. Listen to What Parents Want: Always ask parents about their needs and preferences for their child's tutor.
  2. Use the Checklist: Follow the GOLDSTONE checklist to find the best tutor for each student.
  3. Communicate Clearly: Make sure everyone knows the schedule and what is expected.
  4. Encourage Teamwork: Help tutors talk to each other and share ideas to make learning fun.
  5. Know Your Apps:   Be familiar with all the apps needed for the operations team at EuroTutor. It is important to make sure everything works well and everyone can easily communicate. 

 

Don’ts:

  1. Don’t Ignore Feedback: Always listen to what tutors say about the classes and make improvements.
  2. Don’t Be Late: Make sure all schedules are organized so that classes start on time.
  3. Don’t Make Decisions Alone: Work with the team to make decisions that benefit everyone.
  4. Don't Contact Sales Team:  Operation team member are not allowed to contact the sales and support team unnecessarily. 
  5. Don't Pile up the Job Requirements: Assign a tutor to each 'open' student's location as quickly as possible.
